Welcome to Dream Clean (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website dreamclean.shop and our residential and commercial cleaning services within the State of California.

By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Dream Clean provides professional cleaning services throughout California, including but not limited to:

• Standard Cleaning
   
• Deep Cleaning
   
• Chemical-Free Cleaning
   
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
   
• Office & Commercial Cleaning
   

Service details, pricing, and scope will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• All quotes are estimates based on the information provided.
   
• Final pricing may increase if the property condition differs significantly from the description provided.
   
• Additional services requested onsite may result in additional charges.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
   

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We may require a deposit for first-time, large, or recurring service bookings.
   
• Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted under California law.
   
• Returned checks may be subject to fees allowed by California Civil Code §1719.
   

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.
   
• Same-day cancellations may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
   
• Lockouts (inability to access the property) may result in a service fee.
   
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or unforeseen events.
   

If services are sold at your residence in compliance with California Home Solicitation Sales Act (Civil Code §1689.6), you may have the right to cancel within three (3) business days.

(This applies only to door-to-door or in-home solicitation sales.)

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate property details
   
• Secure pets prior to service
   
• Disclose fragile, valuable, or delicate items
   
• Inform us of hazardous conditions (mold, biohazards, bodily fluids, infestations, etc.)
   

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.

• Dream Clean is insured in accordance with California business standards.
   
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.
   
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or unsecured items.
   
• Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
   

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under California law.

We offer chemical-free cleaning options upon request. Clients must request this service at the time of booking. While we use eco-friendly products, we cannot guarantee allergen-free or toxin-free environments.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we collect
   
• Request deletion of your personal information
   
• Correct inaccurate personal information
   
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
   
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
